Refund policy

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return items within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all labels attached.

How to return

Email us at ctzthelabel@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, email us and we’ll hold the replacement for 48 hours while you return your item. This option is subject to availability of the item at the time you place your order.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if available. We will resolve the issue, and in such cases your return shipping costs will be covered.

Responsibility for returns

You are responsible for returned items until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.
